I feel almost as confused as when I got here after reading this :/. Numquam Cedas is more like "I will" never surrender as opposed to "you will" never surrender, right?

No, there’s no ‘I’ in it.

You’ve been given some correct options. Just use one.

No offence intended, but that’s a very stupid comment. Would you say that of ‘never surrender’ and ‘don't ever surrender’, both cannot be right?

What I meant in the last comment was "is it more akin to one or the other" since it would give different meanings, like telling someone else to never surrender is different than telling yourself never to surrender.

And it's hard to see what the correct answers are when half the posts are correcting each other
