Yes. But in Latin, the endings of words change depending on how they are used (as subject or object of a verb, for example). If you think we need more context to answer this question well, please provide it.

Thanks all.

Passerculus is the name of an islet while Corvus albus is the official title for a symbol. Unless that would change how they're constructed, I think that'll do.

In Latin, islands are feminine even if they have apparently masculine endings: Corinthus, Rhodus.
I'm assuming that your story will be in English so this may be an unimportant detail.
