I keep reading about how this text book is for beginners, so I was wondering what do people move on to after they finish with it? How much more Grammar is there to learn! lol

Reading original authors...

I have never used Wheelock, but I suspect that it covers most of the major grammar points.

Wheelock's also produces this book, which is meant to be read after the completion of the main textbook.

I would also recommend this.

Also, try going through a different grammar textbook. Different textbooks emphasize different things, and present things in different orders. I really enjoyed Learn to Read Latin.

Plus, if you go through a different textbook, you will get to try out some different drill sentences and practice readings before moving on to real Latin. But, you are safe with Caesar or the Wheelock's Intermediate Reader if you have completed and understand the Wheelock's intro text.
