Harpist here. This is another line from this Marian hymn. Again, I don’t have the translator’s sense for this other than knowing Marian hymns can sound like litanies with one descriptive phrase after another.

Could conquadrata be an adjective perfect participle and mean something like “proportioned to” or “conformed to”? I’m thinking about how vocata was used in the Queen of clemency line…

It is a perfect participle, meaning literally "squared" or "made square"—hence also simply "square".

"Proportioned/conformed to" would be a possible interpretation if there were some word or words to tell us what it was proportioned/conformed to. In the absence of such, the literal meaning is more likely (especially if the subject is a cell).
