I no this is kind of cliched but I've wanted a tattoo of this for a while it has a alot of meaning too me

"Seize the day for tomorrow you may die"

Cripes, this is one of those situations where I don't know which subjunctive tense to use. Translating it from Latin to English I'd have no problem, but doing it from English to Latin I don't know.

For what I have now:
carpe diem nam cras moriaris.

The issue is with moriaris; the rest should be fine.

Oh wow, QMF! We were thinking almost the same thing!

I was thinking "cape diem nam cras moriaris." I never really liked the "seize" translation of "carpe." But you might want to stick with carpe because a smarty-pants might say "But you spelled carpe wrong!"

And I agree with moriaris.
