Hello,
This is a sentence from Sal. Jug. 6.
I would appreciate a comment on the grammatical (possible) categories/functions of "corrumpendum".

It's a gerundive, masc. sg. acc. in agreement with se.

Kind of, but more exactly, se is the direct object of dedit (se dedit = he gave himself) and corrumpendum is a predicative complement in agreement with the direct object (se dedit corrumpendum = he gave himself to be corrupted/spoiled).

They are both dative.

-u can of course be an ablative ending, but it's also a variant dative one.
