I believe this is some kind of legal document, maybe of absolution? Not sure if it's a Papal Bull or not. Any help is appreciated.

"ita pronunciavi ego franciscus sacratus rota auditor ?o Aureo"

I would say a proclamation of a certain Sacred Francis as auditor of the Roman Rota.
