Need help with Names

Hi having a problem reading some of the Names on the top line and wondered if anybody could help.
I have Phillipo de Mandevill, ?????? de Noers, Rogero? ??????

Any help appreciated

I have been nhaving a try and now got .... Phillipo Mandevill, Nicholaus? de Noers, Rogero? gud???

Thankyou. Not easy as my Latin is pretty poor. I think its a 13th Century Document.
The reason I put Mandevill(e) they was a Philip de Mandeville who died here in 1240, and Family before back to Domesday. (Geoffrey de Mandeville)

In modern spelling it would be Mandeville. The hand looks later than 13th century to me.

It might well be, I am trying to locate names on Document, to get a clear view. But the Village I live in and concerning the Field mentiond, which is to the Monks of a nearby Monastery (1174-1536). I will probably put up more extracts, as some words, even though done quite a bit, for my lack of Latin, so I can get a better understanding. The Document was Dated 1100-1500, in the Archives, but really want to narrow it. Appreciate your help.
