Need help with 2 words

I have managed as far as i know got rest of document transcribed but 2 words I can not work out. Any help appreciated. I have underlined the words

Falcare and, I think, inpedimento.

Does the line above represent the n in inpedimento?

Thanks Pacifica I thought Falcare but could not seem to find the word.
Falcare works right as its about The Monks having Land, and I guess the upkeeping of it. Also Inpedimento works as well.
