i have a quiz tomorrow and i have the wrong notes. Does anyone know how to change an infinitive into the imperfect subjunctive? also i need to use the imperfect verb endings too, right? (like bamus batis bant etc.)

also how is indicative different in the imperfect tense?

I don;t know about the subjunctive, but as far as active indicative imperfect:

Vocare - to call

imperfect active indicative:

vocabam - i was calling
vocabas - you were calling
vocabat - he/she/it was calling

vocabamus - we were calling
vocabatis - you all were calling
vocabant - they were calling

Unfortunately I don't know the subjunctive mood yet, just the active and passive of the indicative.

Imperfect subjunctive outside of the passive and deponent verbs is as follows:
Infinitive+
m
s
t
mus
tis
nt
(the normal endings that you're used to, pretty much).
Example:
amarem
amares
amaret
amaremus
amaretis
amarent

haberem
haberes
haberet
haberemus
haberetis
haberent

etc.

I think that and divinityofnumber's post should be enough...
