Thomas Hunt of Berkhamsted, parish of St Peter's, in the county of Berkshire, is selling a piece of land in a location called 'Broadfield' in the same parish, between Greenwaye Land, William's(?) Hill and the land of the free school(?) of Berkhamsted, to Henry Dagnall of Gossoms End, Berkhamsted St Mary's, for 22 pounds and 10 shillings, on 5 April 1630.
