What's the best normal and contextual dictionary for latin?

What's the best contextual dictionary for latin? I like this kind of dictionaries because normal dictionaries don't give you the context on when specific word should be used. Example here.

I found glosbe.com, but is it good or is there something better?

At the same time, I wonder if there are good general dictionaries that are subscription based, or are included in a CD/DVD with a physical dictionary etc.

What about decent Android apps? I saw that some don't offer declinations, which I find useless.

I entrust myself to your experience ;)

My go-to (online and free) is Lewis & Short, which usually gives words in context (quotations from ancient authors). It's Latin-English only, so if you need to translate in the other direction, use any other dictionary and then check the usage of the equivalents they give in L&S.
In the other thread I saw that you live in Austria and speak German, so if you look for a good and not too expensive physical dictionary, I'd recommend Langenscheidt; I still use my old school Langenscheidt Taschenwörterbuch Latein - Deutsch / Deutsch - Latein (ca. 1000 pages).

Am I mistaken or is Latinitium the only dictionary offering a translation besides the source text?

I'm not sure I quite understand your question. Latinitium is not a name of a dictionary but the website that contains some dictionaries. All the dictionaries mentioned so far include a translation of the word and a quotation or reference to the source text, except for TLL, which is monolingual and thus gives its definitions in Latin (with a very full range of example quotations).
