Vecti Vex

Hey I recently saw this latin phrase, "Vecti Vex", but I have no idea what it means...could anyone help me discover its meaning?

Google Translate tells us it means "revenues are standard". It's wrong as usual. I can't get any meaning out of it, and I'd say it's undoubtedly mangled Latin.

It might have been "Victi Vex" or "Venti Vex" if either of those help.

Where did you see the phrase, and why is it important to you?

With emphasis on "where did you see it". That can be very telling.

For what it's worth, vecti means "those who have been carried" or "of him who has been carried". The word can refer to being carried by (riding in/on) some vehicle.

Venti means "the winds" or "of the wind", and victi means "those who have been defeated" or "of him who has been defeated".

Vex, as was said, does not exist. Depending on the typeface, it may have been rex, meaning "king". I know that my lower-case Rs sometimes look like Vs.

I saw it in a dream.

I have never taken letin, but it showed up on a fictitious tattoo i had in the dream...i wanted to see if it held any meaning

vexillum is "standard" in the sense of "flag" or "banner."
vectigal is "revenue, tax, tribute."
