the thirteenth (born)

Octavius means "the eighth", or, to my knowledge, "the eighth born". I'm sure that there is a name that means "the thirteenth" or "the thirteenth born". If someone could give me that name it would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to use it as a name in analogy to Octavius, it would be "Tertius Decimus"... which seems a bit strange, though
