seeking help with Latin in religious manuscript c. 1500

I work with a Latin manuscript of c. 1500 and on one leaf is a reference to some monastery I think. I look at the passage starting in the second line. I am able to transcribe part of the passage as "dum pulsantur campane ad honorem gloriose uirginis Marie de Botendorp" But I can't work out the other red letters that come before this, or the rest, beginning "ad nos". Help with transcription and translation will be greatly appreciated. The heavy use of abbreviation makes it a tough nut to crack. Sorry, it is not possible for me to open the book wider.

This is extremely useful, what a fascinating passage. Thanks for taking the time to work on this! Are you able to do the four words in red also before "dum pulsantur", that begins after the Amen (line 2)? I can read the "seconda votem" only.

Excellent, thanks again! I have some further difficulty with transcribing the last line on f. 96 and the rest that follows. The passage describes Pentecost rituals in a monastery and then a sentence appears which I transcribe thus: "Sic etiam fuit olim consuetudo huias monasterii quod conuentus perrexerit ibide mannuatim in hac amena uernali tempore gressibus pedum in maxima deuocione". I get a translation like this: "Thus it was formerly the custom of this monastery that the abbot would go thither every year in this pleasant season of winter, with the steps of his feet in great devotion". But is "abbot" really the right word here? Any help appreciated again!
