"Hoc sacrificium quod vobis creaturis nobilissimis N. N. offerendum duxi sit ratum, et acceptum voluntatibus vestris, estote parati, ac prompti ad serviendum nobis majora deinde accepturi."
My stab at a translation:
"I brought this sacrifice that is to be offered to you, most noble creatures N. N., that it may be considered and accepted by your wills, that you all be ready and prompt for serving us in the great things you are about to receive then."
How can I improve this?
