How to compile a list of texts containing information about a specific topic?

Say I wanted to find all Latin texts(and Greek ideally) that contained information/ references about a specific topic( in this case Scotland) how do I go about this?

I know I can use PHI and do a word search but this doesn't yield much. I'm sure their must be a way of doing this.

Any help is appreciated.

I can't see any quick-and-easy way. I'm sure a lot of Latin stuff about Scotland can be found on Google Books, but you'd have to search for keywords and sort through a mountain of results. Google Books came to mind because, unlike PHI, it has texts from all eras and more stuff about Scotland must have been written in the Middle Ages and beyond than in the classical period. But maybe you're only interested in classical/ancient references?

I'd like to start with Classical/ ancient references and work my way through time. I'll have a look through Google books.

Maybe going through bibliographies of modern books may yield the best results? Unfortunately the best Latin work on the History of Scotland does not contain a bibliography and the author didn't always cite his sources. https://philological.cal.bham.ac.uk/scothist/

Another source would be Ptolemy's geography. An English version with maps is online here; I don't know whether there is an online version of the Greek original.
