quicumque mundo terminus obstitit,
hunc tanget armis, visere gestiens,
qua parte debacchentur ignes,
qua nebulae pluviique rores.

Would you help me with this ablative, please? I suppose the objects of visere are ignes and rores pluvii?

Visere introduces an indirect question and these qua's are its interrogative adjectives, basically qua parte here means "where". Ignes and rores and the subject of these interrogative sentences.
