Does Vergil ever call the Danaans Graeci in the Aeneid? Does he call them anything but Danai?

Nope. It seems the word Graecus isn't found in any of Vergil's works in any form, although Graecia is.

Graeci is only present in one of the codices as far as I can find, where in others you find Grai as Pacifica pointed out.
