No, but I have found it on a couple of websites, one of which said it was made in England.
It should be DUCTORE DEO rather than DUOTORE.

I just found the symbol so interesting…. It must have some relevance to the text.

From your link: Webster, a New York-based silversmith, was founded in the 1860s and became a subsidiary of International Sterling in 1928. New York is not located in England, but in the US.
