A good place to study Latin online.

I would like to study Latin alongside my job and my self-employment, understandably on a part-time basis.
Are there any universities that make this possible through distance learning, that you have had good experiences with or heard good things about, or where there is a professor I should have studied with?

I did the course at the University of New England. Looks like Oxford also has one. In fact there seems to be a lot of them now.
Roberto speaks Latin fluently, which most university professors don't. On exception is the University of Kentucky, but I don't think they have an online course.

When I was doing Latin at uni they were using a teaching model designed by educationalists where they only taught reading. This greatly impairs your language acquisition. You are much better off doing a course which has a lot of composition as well, and speaking is a bit like composition on steroids.
