2 Latin phrases I heard as a child

As a child I heard two Latin sentences and barely remember them. I was hoping someone might be able to translate them for me. I don't know how to correctly spell them ...but phonetically in (American English)they are as such:

1) Omni actures monio spectral factorial manuker

2) hempye acplen distint Mersoul hackedneck stelkin stennar (might be stellar) erectye(,also maybe *man*new*kerr*)

They make no sense, try posting a recording. If you heard them as a child, why is it critical?
