Well assuming you're not trolling - and it looks like trolling to me - it's nonsensical. There's consonant combinations in there that Greek doesn't even allows, like G-X-M and T-X-B. Having said that, there's a few words in there that transliterate into English. Here's a transliteration of the whole sentence:

If she's trying to transliterate an English sentence, she isn't using Greek letters correctly.
